The Challenge

The Christmas Palace is a well-established luxury holiday retailer with a strong physical presence and decades of brand equity. However, despite the scale of its in-store experience, its digital presence did not reflect the same level of impact.

During peak season—when demand is at its highest—the brand lacked a modern content engine capable of capturing attention, driving organic reach, and translating online engagement into real-world store visits.

Execution

Execution was centered around speed, consistency, and capturing real moments at scale.

We produced and deployed over 100 videos within a 3-month period, each designed to highlight different aspects of the store—from decorated trees and ornaments to immersive walkthroughs and product close-ups.

Content was filmed with a mobile-first mindset, ensuring it felt native to platforms while still maintaining a premium visual identity aligned with the brand.
